Maria Sarah Snyder specializes in Real and Intellectual Property Management, Sales, Design, Development and Construction.  She also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in International Business and Finance. 

A publisher and an effective communicator, she helped develop the very 1st website for The Royal Majestic Ship in Long Beach, "The Queen Mary", in 1996 and has published her very 1st Magazine at the International Long Beach Grand Prix Indy Car Race in 2011 called "ShoreShopper".

On April 1998, she developed the very 1st TeleRadiology Application in the world through her company, ZeniSys Inc. while working closely with Dr. Bill Bradley, a world renowned radiologist. The technology for diagnostic viewing of medical images for radiologists and referring physicians was featured in 1998 at USC's Advanced BioTelecommunications and BioInformatics Center, Princeton University and at Cambridge University through Sirius Corporation - one of the first companies to use the internet for enterprise sharing of multimodality and diagnostic medical imagery.  She helped develop and implement extraNetworking software interfaces in compliance with HIPAA & HCFA Guidelines for radiology groups nationwide.

In 2011, Mrs. Snyder was also the Chief Technology Officer for West Ocean International; the VP of Finance for Better Builders Construction, Inc. and RGS Development Inc.

Sarah is a Licensed Realtor Certified in International Properties, specializing in luxury and commercial real estate. She is also an active member of the Int'l. Consortium of Shopping Centers.  

She is multilingual and has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, International Business at CSULB.  She is also a virtuoso pianist, an abstract artist, a loving wife and a dedicated mother of 3 children.
